Urgent Care Veterinarian Pittsburgh PA
A growing veterinary practice in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania is seeking an Urgent Care Veterinarian to provide after-hours and urgent medical services for canine and feline patients.
This role is focused exclusively on urgent care allowing doctors to efficiently manage medical cases without routine wellness appointments. The practice features modern paperless clinics with advanced diagnostics digital radiography and comprehensive in-house laboratory capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality urgent care for a variety of medical conditions
Collaborate with colleagues and hospital leadership to maintain excellent patient care
Mentor and support technical staff through structured internal programs
Manage a diverse caseload including urgent procedures and appointments
Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to the practices community presence
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited program or equivalent through ECFVG/PAVE
Active veterinary license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Pennsylvania
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Collaborative team-oriented and client-focused
