Job Summary
Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled L3 / SME Storage Technician to join our Infrastructure Services team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing on-premises storage infrastructure (SAN NAS Object) and cloud storage solutions (Azure). You will act as the final point of escalation for complex storage-related issues ensuring high availability performance and compliance of enterprise storage platforms.
Role Description
. Min 5 years of enterprise storage administration at L3 level.
. Strong knowledge of NetApp EMC HPE IBM Hitachi or equivalent platforms.
. Proficiency in storage networking (FC iSCSI).
. Experience in cloud storage administration (Azure).
. Hands-on knowledge of backup/recovery tools.
. Scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Python/Bash).
. NetApp NCIE Dell EMC Proven Professional HPE ASE AWS/Azure/GCP storage certifications.
. Kubernetes storage knowledge is a plus.
. Provide L3 support for critical incidents problem management and root cause analysis.
. Manage configure and troubleshoot SAN/NAS storage arrays and storage networking (zoning multipathing).
. Administer cloud storage platforms AWS S3/EBS/EFS Azure Blob/Files/Disks GCP storage services.
. Perform provisioning replication snapshots migration and performance optimization.
. Manage backup/recovery solutions (Commvault NetBackup Veeam etc.).
. Ensure data protection compliance and DR readiness.
. Drive automation for storage operations using PowerShell Python or Bash.
. Collaborate with infrastructure cloud and application teams for storage integration.
. Mentor and support L1/L2 storage engineers.
