Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Intern with a strong interest in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. This role will give you hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced creative agency environment. Youll assist in sourcing screening and coordinating candidates while also learning the nuances of employer branding and recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals LinkedIn and other channels.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support HR team in coordinating interview feedback and closures.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting roles on various platforms.
Help drive a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Contribute to HR projects like employer branding onboarding and documentation.
What Were Looking For
MBA/BBA/Graduate in HR or related field (freshers or final-year students can apply).
Interest in pursuing a career in HR & Recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized detail-oriented and eager to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing is a plus.
