We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-focused environment enjoys building client relationships and can successfully lead prospects from initial contact to closing.
Tasks
- Identify and prospect potential clients across relevant sectors.
- Present and promote Vestcodes solutions to prospective customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and client interactions.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to understand offerings and translate features into client value.
Requirements
- Must be in the final year of their graduation (minimum).
- A sales certification from credible third-party platforms (e.g. Coursera Udemy HubSpot Academy etc.).
- Extracurricular certificates demonstrating leadership teamwork or communication skills.
- Comfortable working with GitHub and able to create user stories.
- Basic understanding of the Software and IT industry.
- Proven experience in sales or business development is an added advantage.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a commission-only structure.
