Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer support in German language
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport and maintaining a positive attitude
  • Assist customers in navigating the companys products and services
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Manage and update customer information in the company database
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to improve overall customer experience
  • Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high quality
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions
  • Provide feedback to the team regarding common customer issues and trends

Essential Qualifications:

  • Fluency in the German language
  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in office administration
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously

1-3 years of experience in a customer support role
