In this role you will drive the strategy development and launch of customer-focused products and features that improve the Amazon experience. Working closely with engineering design operations and business teams youll manage product development of key features in our roadmap drive critical business metrics and define requirements for innovative technologies that delight our customers.
We are looking for a dynamic and talented Product Manager to partner with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment.
As a successful candidate you will have experience managing complex businesses solving technical challenges and influencing key partner teams to drive initiatives to completion. You have a strong bias toward data driven decision making and an innate ability to understand how metrics relate to business problems and to each other. You are a product leader who has the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively with stakeholders including teams across software engineering logistics product management legal finance and core retail businesses. You should be comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity can work across a wide cross section of stakeholders and relish the idea of solving challenging problems. You will tackle novel situations every day and given the size of this initiative youll have the opportunity to work with Amazon teams around the globe.

* Prioritize features and capabilities based on business impact and customer value
* Manage product development through the entire lifecycle

The Customer Experience team at Amazon focuses on creating seamless intuitive and delightful experiences for customers across all touchpoints. We work to understand customer needs deeply and build innovative solutions that raise the bar on customer experience. Our team operates with a bias for action makes data-driven decisions and maintains a relentless focus on customer satisfaction.
- 3 years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product program or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
