Role Overview
Our client in the hospitality and recreation industry is seeking a creative analytical and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires strong expertise in content creation social media management TikTok marketing email marketing and digital analytics to enhance brand visibility drive engagement and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and engaging digital content.
Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital platforms.
Social Media Management
Manage and curate content for Facebook Instagram Twitter (X) LinkedIn and other platforms.
Develop and implement social media campaigns that boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
Track analyze and report on social media performance metrics providing actionable insights.
TikTok Marketing
Create plan and execute engaging TikTok marketing strategies.
Produce compelling trend-driven and shareable TikTok content.
Stay ahead of emerging TikTok trends to strengthen audience connection and brand presence.
Email Marketing
Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain a high-quality email subscriber database.
Draft engaging newsletters promotions and event updates.
Use analytics to monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels.
Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
Leverage data to guide strategic decisions and campaign adjustments.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or related field.
24 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms especially TikTok Facebook Instagram and X (formerly
Twitter).
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp HubSpot Sendinblue).
Knowledge of SEO SEM and web analytics tools (Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager etc.).
Excellent writing editing and visual content creation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
