Ensure billing accuracy with respect to pricing discounts offers and GST compliance.
Coordinate with sales distribution and finance teams for smooth billing operations.
Maintain accurate customer accounts outstanding balances and payment follow-ups.
Handle billing-related queries and discrepancies from clients or distributors.
Reconcile daily sales invoices and collections with accounts team.
Prepare and maintain billing reports MIS and documentation.
Assist in audit preparation and statutory compliance (GST TDS etc.).
Work with ERP/accounting software (Tally SAP Zoho Books etc.) for billing operations.
Support in process improvement for efficiency in billing workflows.
Strong knowledge of billing invoicing and accounts receivable processes.
Familiarity with FMCG sales operations trade schemes and distribution billing.
Proficiency in ERP/Accounting software (Tally SAP Zoho Books MS Excel).
Knowledge of GST TDS and FMCG taxation norms.
Accuracy attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
Good communication and coordination skills to work with sales & finance teams.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities for billing discrepancies.
Strong organizational skills for handling large-volume transactions.
