- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Foster community relationships and connections to help grow the clinics patient base.
- Lead mentor and support clinical and administrative staff.
- Work closely with our leadership team on clinical goals performance and growth strategies.
- Track measure evaluate and report on progress towards achieving targets while adjusting strategy as needed.
- Be responsible for directly and indirectly interacting with site team and leadership.
- Ensure that all improvements and changes with patients are aligned with their overall rehabilitation expectations and goals.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of all new clinical staff to ensure that quality standards are maintained.
Qualifications :
- At least 3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience.
- Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current state of Texas license or ability to obtain Texas license and CPR certification.
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
- Possesses basic PC skills and knowledge including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Database software and MS Office.
- Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive patient-focused clinical environment.
