About the Team
You will join Linklaters Global Solutions (LGS) as part of the Business Management Knowledge team that plays a central role in supporting the firms legal practice by ensuring lawyers and business professionals have seamless access to high-quality legal knowledge resources and information.
As Knowledge & Information Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the Company Services Advisor and the wider Knowledge function in delivering accurate timely company information and document filing services. This role plays a vital part in enabling key transactional teamsincluding Corporate Banking and Capital Marketsto access and process company documents efficiently especially during high-volume periods. The position also involves collaboration with the wider Knowledge team contributing to administrative and coordination tasks. You will report to Knowledge Lead.
As Knowledge & Information Assistant you will:
Support the Company Services Advisor in filing company documents handling time-sensitive tasks such as security filings and winding-up petition searches (by telephone and online) within strict deadlines
Act as a key point of contact for enquiries manage a dedicated mailbox and ensure procedures manuals remain up to date
File company documents using the UK Companies House Registry service and conduct regular Companies House enquiries
Undertake daily winding up/insolvency searches and help provide company information packs or reports to internal clients
Perform credit check report searches and assist with obtaining registry information and documents globally by liaising with external vendors
Assist with billing requirements and data entry tasks associated with company documentation and regulatory filings
Support the broader Knowledge function by providing administrative communications and coordination support in organizing training sessions for lawyers and other personnel.
Monitors and supports newly joining knowledge lawyers
Provides information and general administrative support related to knowledge management
Coordinates knowledge-sharing activities within the team
Uses internal platforms such as Intranet SharePoint and Viva Engage for communication and information sharing.
Apply if you:
Are a graduateideally holding a qualification in information and research management or equivalent; a degree in marketing would also be beneficial
Are highly organised and able to prioritise tasks especially when working under urgent deadlines
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and can systematically manage enquiries and filings
Have good verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2) with stakeholders at all levels across the organization
Are confident using internal platforms such as the intranet SharePoint and Viva Engage for communication and information sharing
Are proficient in Microsoft Excel including using pivot tables
Have experience (preferred) delivering information services within a complex international organisation
Ideally have some experience providing company or business research in a commercial setting

Can work according to UK calendar.
Working hours
The core working hours are between 10 18.15 or 9 17.15 pm alternating with a colleague each week.
Location
Warsaw (hybrid model- two days per week at the office) some travelling to UK maybe required
