Whats the role
This role is designed to support Business Customers with their Home Lending needs. As a Business Home Lending Manager based in WA or SA you will work closely with our Banking channels across Commercial and SME Banking helping customers across various markets access tailored home loan solutions.
You will be based out of local Commercial Centres and SME/SB Regions acting as the direct point of contact for local Business Bankers. This is a customer-facing role where youll engage with customers bankers and brokers to deliver an exceptional experience. Referrals will come directly from Business Bankers allowing you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering great outcomes.
Youll work in the office 3 days a week and collaborate with Lending Managers who will assist you with origination of home loans outside of the standard process.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in a growing team while helping to drive success for our Business Customers.
What do I need
We are seeking candidates with proven experience in customer-facing roles ideally within the financial services or lending industry. Exposure to Business customers is an advantage. Youll be someone who thrives on building relationships exceeding customer expectations and achieving results. Your strong commercial acumen ability to manage detail and exceptional organisational skills will set you up for success in this dynamic fast-paced role.
