Job Summary

What Youll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide expert advice and act as a technical lead helping stakeholders use BC to solve challenges and meet business objectives.

  • Build strong collaborative relationships working closely with business users to collaboratively design solutions and offer best-practice guidance throughout delivery

  • Configure and enhance Business Central modules to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

  • Lead upgrades integrations and rollouts with external partners.

  • Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues escalating when needed.

  • Document configurations manage UAT and monitor system performance.

  • Stay ahead of the curve - recommend best practices and leverage new Business Central features.


Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central.

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.

  • Strong knowledge of Finance Inventory Sales Purchasing and Manufacturing modules.

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI Power Automate) is a plus.

  • A mindset that prioritizes ease of use intuitive design and business impact.

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience in FMCG or Food Manufacturing is highly regarded.
