About The Opportunity

The Estimator will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and high-quality estimates for both residential and commercial building projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Prepare detailed estimates for quotes variations reports and settlements.
Review project documents to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Liaise with clients builders subcontractors and suppliers for accurate pricing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction methods materials and cost trends.
Manage competing priorities improve estimating processes and deliver on time.
Collaborate across teams and represent our client professionally.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

23 years estimating experience in construction with strong technical knowledge.
Skilled in estimating software detail-oriented & able to work under pressure.
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
Proactive solutions-focused & team-oriented attitude.
Desirable: insurance estimating experience & knowledge of QBCC/HBCF.
Desirable: degree in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying or related field.
