About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support the management team by producing detailed cost estimates providing technical support and managing project components from quoting to part procurement and client liaison.
Reporting directly to the Management Team some of your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing technical advice to clients and field technicians
- Conducting site inspections for quotations and active projects
- Assisting in managing Quality Assurance and Health & Safety Systems
- Supporting internal logistics by handling deliveries and supplier pickups
- Delivering accurate and detailed quotations in line with technical and statutory requirements
- Coordinating with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A proactive team-oriented attitude
- A Forklift License (preferred but not essential)
- Previous estimating experience in the HVAC sector
- Strong computer literacy and written communication skills
- HVAC Trade Qualification or a Mechanical Engineering background
- Strong physical fitness to assist with deliveries and a hands on approach
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
