Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. About Razorpay Rize:
Rize is Razorpays exclusive program tailored to the unique needs of emerging startups; from seamless company incorporation to startup-building programs community support and deep access to tools and resources. As part of the Rize Company Incorporation business team youll be directly contributing to initiatives that impact thousands of founders in Indias dynamic startup ecosystem.
What You will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Assist the business operations team in streamlining company registration services and related processes.
- Support in research and analysis for business strategy startup trends and market opportunities.
- Help in identifying and documenting potential cross-selling opportunities across our startup base.
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks ensuring smooth execution and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Support vendor coordination and relationship management.
- Track and maintain basic performance metrics dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
- Stay updated on incorporation/compliance requirements and assist in creating knowledge resources for founders.
- Provide general support across projects from data analysis to presentations as required by the team.
What Were Looking For (Qualifications):
- Students currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business Management MBA Commerce Law Economics or related fields.
- Strong interest in startups business operations and Indias incorporation/compliance ecosystem.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
- Analytical mindset comfort with numbers and research.
- Proactive detail-oriented and eager to learn.
- Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets PPT/Docs is preferred.
