Responsibilities:
Creating and managing effective and creative marketing strategies
New product marketing strategies for customer outreach
Customized approach based on research of customers businesses.
Email marketing support to leads and clients such as queries trainings presentations literatures etc.
Market and business model research including pricing channels type of market competitors dynamics etc.
Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams for development of new products and enhancing existing products to meet the needs of the market.
Sales conversions and growth
Identifying and converting new customers.
Conducting sales calls and meetings.
Developing effective written and verbal communications
Maintaining client database
Sending commercial proposals to clients
Coordinating with technical (regulatory affairs) team for timely and successful registrations
Setting targets for annual growth and preparing sales activity plans geared towards a profitable & sustained growth.
Customer relationship management providing timely feedback to senior management
regarding performance of the sales.
Participating in networking events to attract and retain customers.
Experience required: Minimum experience should be 5 years
Education: Bachelors degree in Pharma or in any other relevant field.
