The Role Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager youll be the trusted partner for clientsstrengthening relationships uncovering opportunities and delivering long-term value.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Nurturing partnerships building trust and ensuring client success
- Driving growth identifying upsell opportunities and supporting new clients
- Consultative selling advising on tailored IT strategies and solutions
- Collaboration working closely with a supportive success-driven team
About You
Were looking for someone ambitious commercially savvy and client-focused ideally with:
- Proven experience in account management or business development within IT/MSP
- A consultative problem-solving mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
