The Role Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager youll be the trusted partner for clientsstrengthening relationships uncovering opportunities and delivering long-term value.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Nurturing partnerships building trust and ensuring client success
- Driving growth identifying upsell opportunities and supporting new clients
- Consultative selling advising on tailored IT strategies and solutions

About You

- Proven experience in account management or business development within IT/MSP
- A consultative problem-solving mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with decision-makers at all levels
