About Us
Delinger Chiropractic located in Kingsburg California has been providing exceptional chiropractic care for over 15 years under the guidance of Dr. Jennifer Delinger DC QMI. We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Order Entry Representative to support our administrative and billing team. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in remote order entry data entry and medical office administration.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter patient orders billing information and medical records into the system
Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
Assist with appointment scheduling insurance claims and patient follow-ups
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow in a remote administrative environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
1 year of experience in order entry data entry or healthcare administration
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and EHR systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote order entry role
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance preferred
