To continue delivering excellent service we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Representative to join our administrative team.
Position Overview
As a Remote Data Entry Representative you will be responsible for entering updating and maintaining accurate patient records and billing information. Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while working from home in a secure and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update patient data billing information and appointment records accurately
Review data for errors identify discrepancies and correct issues promptly
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Assist with scheduling insurance claims processing and general administrative tasks
Collaborate with team members via email chat or video conferencing
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
1 year of data entry or administrative experience (healthcare/medical field preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or electronic health record systems
Strong attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $24.00 $28.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
