Position Overview: As a growing 100% Employee-Owned company The Motz Group is seeking a detail-oriented and team-focused Order Management Specialist to help us deliver championship-quality service with reliability and this role youll manage product orders across our nationwide distributor network guiding each step from quoting to delivery to create a seamless and remarkable customer experience. Youll collaborate closely with production sales freight partners and customers serving as the vital link that keeps everything moving with clarity and precision while also strengthening relationships with vendors supporting internal teams and ensuring that every interaction reflects the Motz 3R experience Reliable Responsive and Remarkable. Key Activities: - Be the go-to partner for customers delivering remarkable support by tapping into our nationwide production and distribution network.
- Take ownership of the order journey guiding it from quoting through invoicing and make the process clear accurate and stress-free.
- Keep everyone connected maintaining proactive communication with vendors freight partners and customers every step of the way.
- Lend a hand beyond the order supporting customers and internal teammates whenever extra help is needed.
- Grow strong partnerships with suppliers and vendors that reflect Motzs values and commitment to long-term success.
- Jump in with flexibility taking on special projects or assignments from the Operations Manager or Senior Order Management Specialist.

Professional Qualifications: - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a supporting field of study or 2 years of experience in a customer support role (customer support account management order fulfillment logistics etc).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and Outlook.
