Delinger Chiropractic located in Kingsburg California has been serving patients for over 15 years under the care of Dr. Jennifer Delinger DC QMI. We provide high-quality chiropractic care and patient support and were looking for a compassionate and reliable Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you enjoy working in healthcare customer service medical office support or remote administrative roles this position may be a great fit.

Responsibilities

Answer patient inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Assist with billing questions insurance verification and claims follow-up
Update patient records in our system with accuracy and confidentiality
Provide general healthcare customer service and patient support in line with HIPAA standards
Collaborate with the chiropractic care team in a remote office environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
1 year of customer service call center or healthcare office experience
Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software; EHR experience a plus
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a remote customer service role
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance is preferred
