Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and motivated Shift Setters to join a fast-paced FMCG production environment in Pinetown. The successful candidates will be responsible for setting and operating blow moulding and packaging machines ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate packaging machinery with a focus on blow moulding equipment
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to safety standards
Support production targets and maintain product quality
Work effectively as part of a shift team and report any issues promptly
Requirements / Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in an FMCG production environment
Setting and/or mechanical experience is essential; exposure to blow moulding is advantageous
Mechanical or Electrical aptitude
Minimum N3 mechanical or electrical subjects completed; N4 or higher preferred
Ability to work shifts
Own transport is essential
