Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Set up and adjust injection moulding machines according to production specifications.
Monitor moulding operations to ensure product quality and consistency.
Perform machine start-ups shut-downs and changeovers.
Identify and resolve moulding or machine-related issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet production targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of injection moulding machines tools and processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Attention to detail with a focus on product quality and safety.
