My client is looking for an enthusiastic professional to lead their development team in the exciting world of FMCG retail IT jobs. Recruit and engage permanent and contract team members building strong relationships with development business partners. Control development timelines and commitments help drive product strategy for the groups systems and work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination across operations for seamless implementation of existing and new systems. Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a similar role leading development teams.
Highly technical and hands-on capable with a desire to remain an expert in current technologiesrelevant developer jobs java developer jobs or similar developer vacancies
Strong planning and organization skills
A passion for people management and the ability to lead and influence others
Technical expertise in development architecture frameworks and integration methods
