Job Title: Groups and Events Coordinator

Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with a passion for event planning and guest experience We are looking for a Groups and Events Coordinator to join our team and ensure seamless execution of meetings conferences and social events at our clients prestigious hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage group bookings conferences and special events from inquiry to completion.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and customize event experiences.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales catering operations) to ensure flawless execution.
Prepare event proposals contracts and final billing documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients event planners and vendors.
Oversee event logistics including room setups catering and audiovisual requirements.
Ensure exceptional guest service and handle any on-site challenges professionally.

Requirements:

Previous experience in event planning hospitality or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills:
Excellent communication and client relationship management.
Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required.
