Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage group bookings conferences and special events from inquiry to completion.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and customize event experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales catering operations) to ensure flawless execution.
- Prepare event proposals contracts and final billing documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients event planners and vendors.
- Oversee event logistics including room setups catering and audiovisual requirements.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and handle any on-site challenges professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning hospitality or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills:
- Excellent communication and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when required.
