Shangri-La Suzhou is the first international luxury chain hotel in Suzhou New District(SND) which is located in the highest building of SND. The hotel has 390 luxury rooms and suites 20 service apartments with private kitchens. Hotel has variety cuisine dinning area - Chinese Restaurant Shang Palace Western Restaurant Café Soo Japanese cuisine restaurant Nishimura and hotel lobby lounge. The multi-function room and the large banquet ball room as well as the well-equipped fitness center are all been offered to our customers.

- Ensure a smooth Chinese Restaurant operation at all times assist with monthly forecasting weekly schedule Chinese Restaurantprofitability evaluation
- Optimise profitability of restaurantand drive revenue
- Maximise and maintain the Chinese Restaurants performance
- Create an exceptional experience for our guests
- 确保中餐厅每天稳定运转协助总监做好月度预测每周班表安排以及中餐厅营收能力评估
- 优化餐厅和提高收入的盈利能力
- 最大化提高和保持中餐厅的服务水准

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Loves being creative
- Continuously looks for ways to develop themselves as well as others
- Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has an in-depth understanding of restaurant operation and management
- Leads by example and facilitates team cohesiveness
- Preferably possesses experience from a 5* international hotel
- Able to engage with restaurant guests
- Is a self-starter and can drive the team to optimize business revenue
