As the Billing Operations Account Manager within the Global Billing Operations Team you will ensure the timely production and delivery of cases transactions and invoices. You will handle escalations provide guidance to analysts and recommend process improvements to senior management. You will partner with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues from setup to production and delivery of invoices ensuring cross-functional collaboration and effective communication.
In this role you will take ownership of the setup production and delivery processes manage multiple deadlines and execute special initiatives. You will serve as a trusted partner to the business and clients provide strategic and tactical guidance and drive continuous improvement in billing operations.

- Build proficiency with technology and systems applying knowledge to operations and business implications.
- Execute and deliver strategic and tactical plans including automation and process reengineering.
- Analyze processes anticipate client needs and collaborate on best practices and solutions.
- Act independently to address client and business requirements initiate change and measure performance.
- Consult with and anticipate client and business partner needs proactively delivering solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and change management challenging conventional processes.
- Manage controls and risk proactively addressing process gaps and escalating issues as needed.
- Inspire and motivate others by articulating value propositions and modeling desired behaviors.
- Communicate proactively and responsively with business partners tailoring messages to the audience and formulating training and career development plans.
Required qualifications skills and capabilities:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Operations Financial/Banking/BPO industry or Project Management.
- Minimum 2 years of Operational Management or back-office operations experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership initiative and results-oriented mindset.
- Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach.
- Strong communication skills comfortable interacting with senior management globally.
- Ability to create partnerships across functional lines and with subject matter experts.
