At Plannatech we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities
1. Project Initiation and Planning
- Define clear project objectives deliverables scope and success criteria aligned with organizational strategy and stakeholder expectations.
- Prepare a comprehensive project management plan encompassing scope schedule quality communication risk procurement and stakeholder management.
- Obtain necessary project approvals and secure commitment from stakeholders.
- Establish project governance structures roles and responsibilities.
2. Project Execution and Resource Management
- Lead the project team and coordinate internal and external resources to execute the project in accordance with the approved plan.
- Ensure the effective assignment and utilization of project resources.
- Foster collaboration teamwork and a solution-oriented environment across project teams.
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations quality standards and organizational procedures.
3. Project Monitoring and Control
- Monitor project performance using defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and project control systems.
- Manage project risks issue and change requests systematically utilizing approved control mechanisms.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legal regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Prepare and disseminate timely accurate and meaningful project reports to relevant stakeholders.
4. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Develop and maintain a stakeholder engagement plan to ensure transparent effective and proactive communication.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure required escalations are addressed appropriately.
5. Quality Assurance
- Ensure that project deliverables comply with agreed quality standards and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate quality assurance activities including reviews audits and acceptance testing.
- Implement corrective actions for quality deviations as necessary.
6. Project Closure
- Oversee the completion of all project deliverables and formal project acceptance by stakeholders.
- Conduct a comprehensive project closure process including lessons learned performance evaluation and documentation archiving.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and transition of project outputs to operations or end-users.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English (B2 or C1 level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management software tools.
