Position Summary:
We are looking for an EIS (Enterprise Information Systems) Operations Manager who will oversee and coordinate the end-to-end work of the team responsible for supporting and improving our internal business systems including Salesforce NetSuite and related tools.
This role will oversee daily operations guide analysts and administrators and make sure that work is being done in an efficient and effective way. The manager will regularly review how work is done suggest improvements and ensure the team is focused on delivering high-quality results.
The ideal candidate is proactive communicates well and can work independently to identify issues and propose solutions. This person will also prepare regular reports for leadership on the health of our systems and the progress of ongoing projects and will ensure effective execution by working closely with the managers of the respective system administration and analyst teams.
Job Description/KPI:
Ensure coordination and effective execution of Business and System Analysts work on systems tools and policies while partnering with their respective managers.
Review how work is being done across systems and processes; identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Analyze system data and trends to identify risks opportunities and areas for better performance
Log into system and review dashboards daily to monitor case/ticket activity
Ensure requests are updated assigned promptly and that communication with requesters is consistent and timely
Share updates with leadership through weekly status reports that highlight progress risks and status
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements document changes and support system rollouts or new tool adoption
Seek opportunities for process improvements through automation or integration of systems
Write and maintain operational playbooks
Triage system issues escalate when needed and ensure timely resolution
Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years as an Operations Manager or related field
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to work independently and bring forward recommendations.
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with the ability to update leadership and coordinate across teams.
Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
Experience with JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodology preferred
Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with multiple departments subject matter experts and colleagues that are geographically dispersed
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience within real estate or real estate brokerages is ideal
