In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery equipment and facility systems by conducting routine maintenance troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues and completing timely repairs. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive detail-oriented individual with a passion for mechanical systems and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Install inspect troubleshoot repair and maintain mechanical and electrical systems across production and support departments
Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment
Test electronic units using standard diagnostic tools and analyze performance
Identify necessary materials parts and tools for repairs or installations
Maintain system logs and testing documentation
Adjust or replace malfunctioning electronic components using hand tools and soldering equipment
Interpret blueprints schematics and diagrams to guide repairs and installations
Repair and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies to operational standards
Use test instruments such as voltmeters to evaluate performance
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years industrial/commercial maintenance experience preferred
Strong interest and background in mechanical systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities
Strong team player and dependable contributor
Willingness to work long hours weekends and various shifts
