Schedule: Monday Friday Night Shift (Approx. 6:00 PM 3:30/4:00 AM)
Salary: $105000 $115000
Bonus: 5 10% (based on business performance)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
A high-volume automated manufacturing facility is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead night shift maintenance operations. This role is leadership-focused responsible for team performance training and execution-not daily wrench turning.
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee approximately 14 maintenance technicians in a fast-paced automation-heavy environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead coach and supervise a team of 14 maintenance technicians

Assign prioritize and oversee maintenance work during night shift operations

Drive safety reliability and maintenance best practices

Identify training gaps and support technician development

Develop implement and improve maintenance procedures and standards

Collaborate with operations and controls teams to reduce downtime

Step in hands-on only when necessary (non-routine)

Support continuous improvement initiatives in a growing facility

Strong people-first leadership mindset

Comfortable delegating rather than micromanaging

Able to refocus teams during high-pressure situations

Credible with technicians without relying on daily wrench turning

Prior maintenance leadership or supervisory experience

Solid understanding of industrial maintenance in automated environments

Experience supporting off-shift operations

Background in food manufacturing or regulated environments preferred
