Rockhurst University is currently seeking applications for an Admissions Counselor. Founded by the Jesuits in 1910 Rockhurst is a comprehensive university of four thousand students that offers more than fifty undergraduate masters and doctoral programs taught by nationally recognized faculty. The role of an Admissions Counselor is to market the university to prospective students. This position will counsel and enroll undergraduate students. The preferred candidate must have an undergraduate degree and have excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills. Candidates must be willing to travel and work nights and weekends especially during the fall and spring semesters. Understanding of the Jesuit mission plus experience in recruiting/counseling students preferred but not required.
