What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Supporting the Lettings Manager in the day-to-day running of the department
• Proactively seeking and winning new business opportunities
• Conducting viewings and negotiating terms with prospective tenants
• Managing client relationships and maintaining service excellence
• Ensuring compliance with industry legislation and internal processes

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous Residential Lettings experience is essential
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong sales and customer service focus
• Local knowledge of the South Kensington area desirable
• Smart personable well-organised and highly motivated
• Full UK Driving Licence and own car essential
