What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Supporting the Lettings Manager in the day-to-day running of the department
- Proactively seeking and winning new business opportunities
- Conducting viewings and negotiating terms with prospective tenants
- Managing client relationships and maintaining service excellence
- Ensuring compliance with industry legislation and internal processes
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous Residential Lettings experience is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and customer service focus
- Local knowledge of the South Kensington area desirable
- Smart personable well-organised and highly motivated
- Full UK Driving Licence and own car essential
