Salary: OTE 40000 per annum

We are seeking a driven Senior Lettings Negotiator who can hit the ground running deliver firstclass customer care and help expand the companys lettings market share.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handle incoming and outgoing lettings enquiries
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and secure new tenancies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Support marketing initiatives to grow the lettings portfolio
• Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and company policies
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator (essential)
• High level of customer service and communication skills
• Professional telephone manner and positive attitude
• Wellpresented articulate ambitious and selfmotivated
• Knowledge of Maidstone and surrounding areas (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
