An opportunity for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to manage enquiries conduct viewings negotiate agreements and support business growth while delivering high standards of customer service.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing incoming and outgoing sales and lettings enquiries
• Arranging and carrying out property viewings
• Negotiating sales and tenancy agreements
• Securing new instructions and agreed deals
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendors landlords buyers and tenants
• Supporting marketing initiatives to grow the property portfolio
• Ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal procedures
• Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve office targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator (essential)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Well presented articulate ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Maidstone and surrounding areas (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
• Professional and organised approach to estate agency
