The Role
As Senior Accountant you will:
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
Lead month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

Provide technical accounting guidance to junior team members
Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function
Partner with internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making
The Person
To be successful as Senior Accountant you will have:
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification (or equivalent)
Strong post-qualification experience in a similar Senior Accountant role
Excellent technical accounting knowledge
Experience of mentoring or supporting junior finance staff
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive and detail-focused approach
