Hours of Work: Working hours are typically 08:3017:00 aligned with our Head Office schedule. However flexibility is essential as you may occasionally need to respond to calls outside of standard hours to support operational needs.

Were looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and help manage the flow of raw materials to our southern mills. This is a fast-paced role where your planning communication and problem-solving skills will make a real impact.
What youll be doing:
- Forecasting raw material needs across multiple sites
- Coordinating deliveries from suppliers ports and stores
- Liaising with hauliers to ensure timely arrivals and prevent stockouts
- Supporting supplier payments and maintaining accurate intake records
- Managing contracts and logistics data using internal systems and spreadsheets
- Collaborating with the wider logistics team to support operations across all mills
- Participate in regular stocktaking activities to ensure inventory accuracy and support audit requirements.
What were looking for:
- Experience in administration and customer service
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Resilience and sound judgement under pressure
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Sage)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A team player who builds strong relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment
