Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time

Hours of Work: Working hours are typically 08:3017:00 aligned with our Head Office schedule. However flexibility is essential as you may occasionally need to respond to calls outside of standard hours to support operational needs.

Are you highly organised calm under pressure and ready to play a key role in keeping our production sites running smoothly

Were looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and help manage the flow of raw materials to our southern mills. This is a fast-paced role where your planning communication and problem-solving skills will make a real impact.

What youll be doing:

  • Forecasting raw material needs across multiple sites
  • Coordinating deliveries from suppliers ports and stores
  • Liaising with hauliers to ensure timely arrivals and prevent stockouts
  • Supporting supplier payments and maintaining accurate intake records
  • Managing contracts and logistics data using internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Collaborating with the wider logistics team to support operations across all mills
  • Participate in regular stocktaking activities to ensure inventory accuracy and support audit requirements.

What were looking for:

  • Experience in administration and customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Resilience and sound judgement under pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Sage)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A team player who builds strong relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment
