The Role
Boostly competes for consumer attention on behalf of restaurants. When a consumer gets hungry we ensure our restaurants are on the shortlist of options that come to mind. We believe this is the best way to drive growth for restaurants.
In order to do this we think through the lens of the consumer and design experiences that play on the conscious (convenience price personalization) and the unconscious (curiosity scarcity reciprocity) to create true engagement and maximize conversion.
Were looking for a dynamic designer to help us polish and bring more of those experiences to life.
What Youll Do:
Designing end to end consumer flows that take them from awareness about a restaurant to becoming text subscribers to repeat purchase and engagement.
Measuring and optimizing conversion for each step in the consumer journey.
Designing across mediums - web apps texts and physical objects like boxes and signage.
Designing digital toys that helps consumers convert (digital scratch-offs AI characters lotteries stickers etc.)
Collaborate on implementing the ability to manage the above features into the restaurant owner app.
What Were Looking For
Must-Haves:
Demonstrated visual design expertise
UX design experience in addition is ideal but well take visual first.
Evidence of dynamic design range and taste:
At least 1-2 areas of design experience outside of product design (visuals arts graphic design video editing etc.)
Experience with a multitude of design tools
Nice-to-Haves:
Consumer software design experience
Coding skills - for prototyping and technical fluency
Previous founder or product experience - design studio small startup or product manager role. Were looking for demonstrated care about outcomes.
Years of experience does not matter if you can show the above.
