Senior Finance Associate Accounts Payable

A leading global investment firm is seeking aSenior Finance Associateto join its Corporate Finance organization. This is a highly visible role responsible for managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for a complex multinational enterprise. What Youll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of third-party invoices from intake and verification through approval workflow and payment
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in partnership with the Accounting & Reporting team
- Investigate and resolve invoice-related questions coding issues and policy matters
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Finance Legal and Tax
- Coordinate with external service providers on audit and processing functions
- Support ad-hoc accounting and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 35 years of Accounts Payable corporate accounting or related experience
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Clear professional communication skillswritten and verbal
- Proficient in Excel; experience with Workday AppZen or Tableau is a plus (not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary:$85K$95K (DOE)
- Annual bonus:15%
- Profit-sharing:14% of total compensation
