Overview of the job
Reporting directly to the VP Partnerships you will be responsible for building growing and managing key brand direct agency and platform relationships to drive significant revenue growth within our North America business.
This is a critical full-time temporary contract role serving as maternity coverage for two concurrent team members. This position is essential for maintaining momentum and providing seamless support to our high-value client base during the coverage period.
You will manage the full sales cycle and relationship across the following key verticals:
Tech & Apps and Dining & QSR: Full ownership of the existing client base and pipeline from January 2026 June 2026.
Food & Beverage (F&B): Full ownership of the existing client base and pipeline from April 2026 June 2026.
You will also be tasked with building new relationships and generating new pipeline across all three designated verticals throughout your contract.

You will have held introductory meetings with key client and agency contacts.
Stabilized Revenue & Closed Key Renewals: You would have identified and successfully closed critical renewals and revenue commitments within your remit.

Pipeline & Strategy: Strategically identify new opportunities within the existing client base and proactively build a qualified new business pipeline through deep relationship building and aligning our solutions with key brand KPIs.
Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process from initial strategic outreach through pitching negotiation closing and securing renewals.
Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate and timely weekly reporting and sales forecasting to the VP Partnerships regarding sales performance pipeline health and progress toward revenue goals.
Client Strategy & Market Insight
Strategic Planning: Ideate build and present tailored strategic action plans for both retained clients and new prospects ensuring our solutions are precisely aligned with market trends and client needs
Competitive Analysis: Proactively track and report on competitor activity and market shifts. Utilize industry knowledge to identify potential new segments and areas for immediate market share growth within the assigned verticals.
Internal Partnership & Continuity
Executive Collaboration: Partner closely with the VP Partnerships to execute on sales strategies overcome roadblocks and drive critical revenue opportunities to close.

Deep Sales Experience: A minimum of 8 years of successful experience in digital advertising sales ideally with direct exposure to influencer marketing and high-value brand partnerships.
Proven Revenue Delivery: A strong verifiable track record of consistently delivering and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals coupled with the ability to strategically build manage and accelerate a healthy sales pipeline.
Brand Direct Focus: Significant experience selling directly to top-tier brands and agencies demonstrating strong client relationship-building skills essential for managing and growing inherited accounts.
