At SimpliSafe were on a mission to make every home secure and to do that we need to grow smarter and faster. Were looking for a Principal Growth Product Manager to design and execute high-impact growth initiatives across our mobile and web applications while keeping the customer experience at the core.
This role is about more than optimizing conversion rates. Its about uncovering opportunities running experiments and building solutions and systems that scale. Youll partner with Research Design Engineering Data Marketing and Customer Experience to improve how we turn users into subscribers and subscribers into advocates.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking hands-on execution and a deep understanding of mobile web and backend technologies as well as experimentation and data-driven decision-making. You will be a key leader within our product team mentoring other PMs fostering a culture of innovation and advocating relentlessly for the customer experience.

The target annual base pay range for this role is $145500 to $213400.
This target annual base pay range represents our good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role. We use a market-based compensation approach to set our target annual base pay ranges and make adjustments annually. We carefully tailor individual compensation packages including base pay taking into consideration employees job-related skills experience qualifications work location and other relevant business factors.
