We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to join Arrowwood Heart a leading company in the Retail Industry. As a Program Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various projects to ensure they are delivered successfully and meet business objectives. This position is vital to our organization as it involves driving project execution fostering collaboration among team members and optimizing project performance to drive business growth and success.
As a Program Manager at Arrowwood Heart you will be involved in a wide range of projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency improving customer experience and implementing strategic initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills excellent project management abilities and a strategic mindset to drive projects to successful completion. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate project teams and resources to ensure project delivery within scope and schedule.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in program or project management in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning and tracking projects.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex project challenges.
- Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices for project execution.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field.
