Job Summary
Position Summary
The Affiliate Specialist supports the partnerships team with the brands and content seen by our 10 Million users. Responsibilities include copy writing image sourcing image editing proofreading and brand strategy. Top candidates will have skills and experience in marketing content creation and ecommerce.
Affiliate Content Updates
- Proofread test and implement changes to content from affiliates
- Coordinate across teams to communicate updates
- Assist Senior Affiliate Manager with content update tasks as required
Content Curation
- Daily editing of offers from our 450 affiliates to highlight the best deals craft compelling copy and deliver a best-in-class user experience
- Derive which offers are best to promote
- Monitor performance of affiliates to optimize programs
- Advise affiliate program manager of issues
- Fill seasonal page with relevant offers based on that weeks content
Advertising Implementation
- Use remnant inventory to grow awareness of affiliate deals and drive both commission revenue and user engagement
- Monitor performance to optimize opportunities
Content QA
- Coordinate with Customer Care team on weekly QA of offers to resolve issues with links/codes in the site
- Escalate issues to Senior Affiliate Manager for resolution
New Affiliate Implementation
- Review materials and assets provided by new affiliate for accuracy and optimization
- Act as the voice of the user to craft copy and advise of changes to assets
Required Skills
- Attention to detail copywriting organization professional communication time management
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience working in a corporate environment
- Marketing knowledge and skills
- Proficiency in online office tools including Microsoft and/or Google
