Gear: Dual monitors and a noise-canceling USB headset.
Your Role:
Manage inbound and outbound calls with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Maintain meticulous data entry standards.
Meet and exceed performance metrics to unlock rapid advancement.
Enjoy the freedom of self-scheduling (includes evenings and weekends).
Compensation & Eligibility:
Pay: $12$15/hour performance-based increases.
Residency: Must reside in the U.S.
State Exclusions: We do not contract in CA CO CT DC IL MD MA MN NJ NY OR PA VT WA or WI.
