Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is critical for maintaining accurate records supporting data quality initiatives and ensuring the integrity of datasets used to inform strategic decisions across healthcare analytics sales operations and client reporting. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams to input update and verify data within various systems while supporting analytical and operational functions.


Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update data into company databases CRM platforms spreadsheets and internal tracking systems.
Review and verify data for accuracy completeness and consistency before input.
Maintain and organize electronic and paper-based records according to established naming and filing conventions.
Perform routine quality checks and data audits to identify errors or discrepancies.
Cross-reference information from multiple sources to ensure data integrity.
Support team members with data retrieval and reporting requests.
Assist in preparing regular reports for internal stakeholders and client deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data workflows processes and documentation standards.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.


Requirements

Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred (e.g. Business Information Management Healthcare Administration).
Previous experience in data entry administrative support or a related role is highly desirable.
Experience with healthcare data CRM systems or analytics tools is a plus.

Skills & Competencies
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate and error-free work.
Proficient computer skills including MS Excel (including formulas filters sorting) and database navigation.
Typing proficiency with the ability to maintain speed and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills:
