Job Title: HR Management Support Specialist
Location: Columbus OH (Onsite)
Duration: 3 months
Shift: Monday to Friday 8 am 5 pm
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

2 years experience as HR generalist

Skills: Microsoft Office Talent Management/ATS HR software
Key Responsibilities:

Provide HR reports and handle exception cases
-
Manage associate referrals and payroll status requests
-
Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring all documents are collected and filed properly
-
Enter new hire data into SAP and process employment paperwork (I9s PSRs)
-
Coordinate equipment and system access for new hires
-
Schedule and prepare exit interviews and related paperwork
-
Support hiring activities including interview scheduling and new hire communications
-
Maintain HR systems and onboarding/offboarding procedures
-
Assist with restructuring and reorganization tasks
-
Manage emergency alert system updates
-
Collaborate on team projects and help out with other HR duties as needed
