Job Summary
Hire Resolves Client is currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their mining company based in will be responsible for managing client relations overseeing planning reporting costing contracts and ensuring legal compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client relations.
- Ensure effective operational planning and achievement of production targets.
- Compile and present reports.
- Oversee costing and budget control.
- Manage commercial contracts with clients.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Mining Engineer or equivalent
- Blasting Ticket for Surface Mines (Opencast Blasting)
- 5 years experience as a Site Manager in Opencast Mining
- 3 years experience as a Contracts Manager in Opencast Mining
- Project Management Experience/Qualification
- Contract Management Skills
- Valid Drivers License
