We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our clientan industrial machinery manufacturer specializing in Specialised Hydraulic Fastening Tools & Services. The focus will be on driving sales in the SEA region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies managing a team of sales professionals and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the SEA region.
- Lead coach and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management preferably in industrial machinery or related sectors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel within the SEA region as needed.
