Your Role

We are seeking an organised proactive and people focusedOperations Support Officer to join our Membership Volunteers and Regional Operations this role youll be at the centre of supporting our members volunteers and regional teams to deliver meaningful programs and services across the community. From creating a warm and welcoming front office environment to supporting regional projects events and communications youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of information effective service delivery and strong connections across our diverse network. This role is Part-Time working 27.5 hour per week across 5 days.

Your Responsibility

  • Support the Regional Director and team to implement strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Provide high-quality project administrative and stakeholder support across multiple regions.
  • Coordinate and assist with local events forums and communications.
  • Collate and analyse information to prepare reports and documentation that inform decision making.
  • Help deliver seamless internal communications and support uptake of Society technology.
  • Contribute to safe work practices risk management and compliance processes.
  • Foster strong working relationships with members volunteers staff and fellow Operations Support Officers across the state.

You Will Need

  • Proven project coordination skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • High levels of initiative enthusiasm and energy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across diverse audiences.
  • Experience providing operational support to remote or regionally dispersed teams.
  • Advanced MS Outlook skills and confidence with digital tools.
  • A collaborative solutions focused mindset and excellent customer service skills.
  • A current NSW drivers liceence and the ability to travel as needed for the role.

Desirable:

  • Certificate IV in Business/Office Administration (or equivalent).
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working in a membership based organisation.
