Financial Administrator (JB5664)
Centurion Gauteng
R20 R25 000 CTC per month
Permanent Office based

We are seeking a Financial Administrator to join a well-established company in the medical sector. This role is ideal for someone who is organised proactive and enjoys ensuring that operations run smoothly.
Youll take responsibility for the full spectrum of financial and administrative tasks serving as the key point of support for both the team and clients. Its a hands-on position that blends attention to detail with strong people skills in a small yet dynamic environment working closely with medical specialists and professionals.

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Minimum 5 years experience in a financial and administrative support role
Proven experience dealing with medical professionals (e.g. doctors specialists)
Proficient in Sage accounting and Microsoft Excel
Strong experience in Accounts Payable as well as Accounts Receivable
Experience in stock control stocktake ordering receiving and dispatching of stock
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle

Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
Payment allocations specifically medical aid payments
Processing and issuing invoices
Managing debtors and creditors
Generating and sending monthly statements
Liaising with the external accountant and maintaining clear communication
Ensuring all financial records are up to date
Administration & Operations:
General administrative support and filing
Stock control ordering receiving and dispatching
Supporting the daily flow of office operations
