Roles & Responsibility
- Researches develops plans designs maintains and implements policies and programs that enhance the organizations relations with the community the public governmental and regulatory authorities shareholders and employees.
- Develops print audio and electronic communication materials.
- Coordinates distribution of the organizations messages through news or trade media contacts special events public speaking or other means to reach defined audiences to meet specific program objectives.
- Handles a broad range of public relations activities such as public information employee information services and shareholder information services.
- Purchases advertising space to communicate messages.
- Conducts public-contact programs to promote good will.
- Acts as the organizations representative in community projects and other public or social gatherings.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably from Communication major
- Minimum 7 years of experience in related field preferably in pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
- Strong written and verbal communications skills (both in English and Bahasa Indonesia)
- Demonstrates initiative strategic thinking and creative problem solving in response to the communications challenges and opportunities
- Excellent project management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under intense stress and pressure especially in a crisis/issue
- Undergoes on-going media training to maintain skills
- Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and health issues
